I appreciated the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. They stored our bags upon early arrival and after checkout. The hotel's location was convenient, located next to a parking garage. The rooms had a pleasant, clean feeling and the bathroom was perfect.

The staff welcomed guests and inquired daily about their activities. They were especially attentive to our needs and requests. Room service was timely, answering very fast to our requests, they were so lovely.

the room was clean upon arrival. the staff showed genuine care and were really nice too assist. i appreciated the large water container available for filling up water bottles.
the room felt quite basic. the lighting had a very cold quality. the shower did not get quite hot enough for my preference.
